Toyota — Toyota headlight issue

Dear Toyota team, I bought a new Toyota Innova Top end around 3 months back. PYO1CH 0003 in Pondicherry. From date of Purchase Head lights was not at all functioning well and also I have complaint many times to Lanson Toyota in Pondicherry and Chennai . But no use. Due to that I met an accident last week and also my Innova was in service centre. I need a real solutions and in case of any risk on this again Toyota was liable legally.
