My Car Corolla Altis was given to Lakozy Toyota Malad for damage of front glass in the month of November, submitted the insurance claim form with all documents, they said they will revert after they hear from the Insurance company. After fews days received call that the cost of the glass replacement is Rs.48, 000/- and that the insurance company has rejected the claim (with some confusions between the guy coming for Bajaj Allaince and Toyota). When I visited the showroom I was told that still they can fix my glass @28000/- even though the claim is rejected as anyways post claim the cost would had come to Rs.28000/- post claim, I said its not done and would like to take the car back. I was told to pay Rs.325/- as parking charges since I was not going ahead with the claim, I mean really, its a penalty to me for not getting the car repaired sine the charges where too high. I got the glass replaced with Popular @5, 500/-. I told the concerned person Salim that its not fair to charge me for doing nothing, he took me to MR.Frank who also first tried to convience me for getting the glass replaced and again when I said no he also insisted to pay the parking charges. It was totally unfair from there part to do so. Since last 10 years I am giving my car there and mostly always the delivery post service is never given on time but I havent charged them for any delay, its unfair. I asked for a feedback form and on 06/11/2019 submitted them the grievances in writing but no use. There was routine call to ask how was your experience at my last visit to Toyota where I narrated the whole incidence and was assured resolution but till date nothing on that front. Few days after that call Salim called up to check what excatly I want where I said what I had written in the feedback form that I need Rs.325/- refund to whihc we said he will get back by as on date no resolutions of the problem. They think that customer wont have time to follow for such a small amount, but here the issue is not about Rs.325/- its about the ethics. To resolve the issue at my end I need total refund of Rs.325/- . I am also writing mail to Mr.Amar Pawar the Principle Dealer to look into the matter, if the matter still Doesn’t gets resolved will go higher up and perceive the matter till it is resolved.
