Sir this is not just a grievance but more than that.This is a very serious matter. Matter of fraud. Goodword Books, New Delhi sent a book parcel to me at Guwahati through Trackon couriers[protected] on 6 May 09. When it did not reach me even on 18 May I got in touch with Goodword Books and obtained the Courier name and the consignment number.On enquiry on 20 May, the local office Guwahati told me that the consignment has arrived some days back.When asked why they did not deliver it they said the address is too far (though I stay within...

I placed an order and made an online payment through Razorpay to the seller (Troy’s Squad). It has been several days, and I have not received the package. I contacted the seller multiple times, and they informed me that the courier had been contacted, but there is no proof of delivery or update from their side.

Despite repeated follow-ups from my side, the seller has not provided any replacement, refund, or valid proof that the item was delivered.

I also tried contacting the courier service, but they have not resolved the issue either. The seller is now ignoring my messages. As a customer, I am at a loss after paying for a product that I never received.

I am requesting your help to either receive a refund or get the product delivered as soon as possible.

I have attached screenshots of the chat with the seller and the payment proof.

Misbehave : After many try finally able to know the medicine is on hold need to collect personally by connecting to Bhola Singh Rajpoot ([protected]) and Utkarsh Kumar([protected]). travellect all the way around 30 km to collect but no one picking call. Finally when tried to call utkarsh, he starts shouting on me and misbehaves like this is my fault to choose trackon service. He is not even ready to understand the urgency about medicine. Finally i got new number of Raj ([protected]), he is always saying will confirm you after taking docking number, but never confirmed. What a worst service Trackon is provicing now a day. After 15 days still there is no track of my medicine. Please suggest a suitable point of contact to escalate this issue.

This is regarding one of the shipment which had live saving medicines been booked via trackon air[protected] on 22.11.24, goods were returned to delhi due to ODA, every month the goods are being sent on that address and received, the problem is, after raising this concern, nobody is responding and giving the clear picture of delivery, we aredoubting the capability of the future services looking at the non responsive nature

was not delivered for more then 3 weeks I placed a complaint though website but still got no response. Please look into the matter as the parcel was really important for me.

Consignment with number[protected] was sent on 19th August with 3 items and delivery of 2 items has been completed but the final item a wooden mandir has been totally damaged by Trackon Services Pvt Ltd and still not delivered as of 16th October 2024.

I am filing this complaint against Trackon Courier (Reference Number:[protected] for failure to deliver my courier on time, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.
Facts of the Case:
1. Booked courier on [30.09.2024] with promised delivery on 03.10.2024.
2. As of 07.10.2024 (7 pm), the courier remains undelivered, exceeding the promised delivery date by 4 days.
3. The courier contains critical documents to be submitted to the Insurance Ombudsman Office, and the delay has resulted in missing the submission deadline.
4. Despite numerous attempts to contact Trackon Courier's customer care ([protected]), I received arrogant responses.
5. Sent 5-6 emails to [protected]@trackon.in, but received no response.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate delivery of the courier.
2. Refund of shipping charges,
3. Action against Trackon Courier for negligence and poor customer service.

I have sent the parcel on 9th Aug 2024 but parcel not received as on date . I have talked with your trackon executive Miss Rachna, on Mobile number[protected] everytime she told aaj mil jayega . but not received till Rakhi. I want to take strict action on her otherwise i will go to consumer court because it is not just Rakhi its my emotions for my brother. it is requested take strict action on her. Today i have checked my status . Is was showing complaint closed & booking cancelled. I want to know that why my complaint has been close without take any stict against on Miss Rachna Mobile number[protected]. I want she should be fired.

On 7th of july'2024 we called Raj enterprises for courier delivery and on same date he came to our resident to pickup the parcels and they needed to be picked as well, at the time of picking up the parcel we have strictly inform the person please handle the parcel as have some frugal material and he assured us that there won't be any damage to our parcel and on 09th july 2024 we the parcels arrived at our delivery address we found out that those items which we have strictly informed the person to take care were totally damaged and there is no posseblty of those items to be re-assiemable.
We required full refund of our money along with demage charge for our parcel.
