The delivery was booked on 14/10/2023 to be delivered from Delhi to Jaipur on 17/10/2023. However, they have not delivered it till 19/10/2023 and now are asking me to collect it from their office in Jaipur.

      I had couriered the important documents through Trackon (Consignment No: [protected]) on 7-Oct. Firstly it is not delivered mentioning area is not serviceable. Why they accept the shipment and charge if area they don't deliver.
      Worst part is return part. They kept the return with them not returned back to me. I have to go to there office and collect it. On asking they should have returned to return address mention, they told no. They don't return it. They started miss behaving with me. Strict action should be against this type of fraud companies.

              Complaint regarding undelivered due to day over from previous 5 days

              I'll send the parcel jamnagar to gorakhpur when parcel reach at gorakhpur from previous 5 days still the parcel is not delivered.
              From 5 days one reason is provided by courier service day over.
              I think trackon courier day is whery short.
              Nd I'll take it the delivery boy no. From courier service but delivery boy is always busy on another call. He is not answering the call.

                I had ordered a canvas bag on Samrtahal Industries, Jaipur and they had despatched it through Trackon courier. The bag was packed in 2 layers of polythene, both layers were damaged in transit resulting in a hole in the bag at the same position. More pictures, video can be shared. Packet was not received by me but delivered at the apartment complex gate without my permission, otherwise I would not have accepted it.

                    My package was not yet delivered. It's has been more than 7 days while it shows as delivered. The courier person is not picking up my phone. The manager is making me.calll the courier person instead to resolving the issue. The order was delayed purposely knowing it contained plants.

                      A order was sent by Nurserylive containing plants. Order reached city 22 August. Then shuffled from one hub to another for another two days. Then a lazy delivery associate named Raju called asking to can come and pick it up. Firstly from office or else at a location he specified denying to come near my house address which has been mentioned on the parcel. Unethical and irresponsible since then making me call one number to another, the managers are picking up the call and asking me, madam, aap call kariye aur delivery karaiye. The courier guy didn't pick the phone and then made his son pick up saying he was in bathroom.

                        The concerned courier is withheld with the trackon delivery boy named Wasim and he is not willing to deliver the same. Even the Bangalore trackon courier office staff and the especially the manager is not giving excuses on behalf of the boy and for not delivering the courier. The package is with the courier boy from 18th August 2023 and till now (24th August 2023) nothing has been done except giving the excuses.
                        Pls help in this matter....

                        Dear Customer, the complaint is already registered for the consignment number [protected] having reference number A2983965

                        Called multiple times but no one ready to tell me reason for delay.

                        Called Ghatkopar office and they told that they not have enough manpower to deliver parcel.

                        SOurce to destination distance is 30 kms and by train it can be reached in only 1hr . by road in 40 mins but still Trackon company not delivered parcel after 8 days. Please help me to release my frustration on some Sr. management who not have proactive tracking system
