[Resolved] Tradeindia.com — Sellers took my money and did not deliver my goods | |
Dear sir/Madam I did a deal with a company name Voovs Energy Drink based in Austria. I ordered 50 carton's of Red Bull from them. They told me I have to pay Rs 5000 as an advance payment and remaining Rs 15000 after goods delivery. I did as I Was told, later the sales manager said I have to Rs 10000 for import charges, he said the money will be refunded and so I paid.Likewise he has been asking me pay on multiple times. A total of Rs 55000 was paid in thier account. And now Im not receiving any text or call from them, neither do they pick my call and text. I'm sending the sales manager name and the account holder to whom the money was transacted from me.
