Trai — about new selected pack | |||
Hi sir, I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[ 12188449]. Since from last 1 month when my package was Migrated (As per trai rule) to amt 461 from 472 (Previous), i am facing no. Of issues regarding services Of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, many regional channels (Marathi) service Disconnected. As per instruction from videocon i have selected again new pack from their provided website. After Selecting my pack, when i click on proceed there was no amt displayed. Please see attached screenshot For the same. This has been happening many times. Hence i sent them many mails and informed about this Issue with the screenshot attached. Still i did not received any help from them. I only receives the Mail regarding migration of package and to select new pack form websites. I also made many calls to Customer care# but each time its busy. As it's happening frequently i request you to intervene & provide resolution. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible with videocon d2h. They keep our call on hold for mammoth duration (30 min). Sometimes call gets disconnected & they don't bother to call back. If we write email, they simply avoid To reply it. Now i am so furious, that i even don't want to use your services but unfortunately i have invested Money in buying their useless products. I want my money back for the investment done on their set top Box & umbrella. I hope needful action will be initiated from your end & strict action will be taken against people who Is responsible in videocon d2h. Below is the main chain with your team.
