Trai — airtel dth is cheating customer | |||
Respected sir, I am using airtel dth and recently i have recharged my dth services. I took kannada package and after some time channels got disappearing. When i consulted dth customers care about this problem, they told that due to technical fault my package changed to maliyalam package. When i asked for refund they told that their representative call back. And after some days i got call from their representative asking about my problem, believe me this guy was rude and no respect for my complaint. He was telling only he will refund for 15 days but actually they have to refund for two months (Because my package is converted to maliayalam package from past two months) when i told them i will raise complaint in trai he told 'ok go and raise'. They do not have fear of government agencies.
