Trai — airtel dth login issue | |||
Hi, i am trying to choose my channel pack with airtel dth. But i have been facing login issues in their online portal. First time i raised a complaint, they didn't respond for a week, when i checked back, that issue ticket was closed and they promised to address it next time with a new ticket no. After 4 days, they called me and confirmed that the issue is resolved, when i asked them if it's not resolved whom should i contact, they gave no response instead they assured me that issue is resolved. It didn't so i again raised a complaint and i have received any response past 2 days, time is running out for me to pick a channel list. Please address my issue. Why should we pay Rs 153 for FTA channels which we do not want? dish tv compels us to pay for these 100 channels by telling TRAI's mande.please help.please cancel the compulsion of buying 100 FTA channels which we do not want.Dish tv does not agree to allow us to select channels in the first 100 channels. Please make it clear.
