Trai — complaint against independent tv cheating | |||
Dear sir, I request you that. I have some complain from independent tv as per details given below. Without prior information mostly channels are closed. But during installation promise by company 500+ hd channels will continuously free to air for 1 years. When try to contact with customer care no response received. If number connect. Representative response is too poor and left line on hold till we not disconnect and if try to contact again no response received. Signals problem. Tv screen hang continuously again and again. It create bad effect on customer. Picture quality is too poor. When disc installed then picture quality better. I booked big tv disc on 22.02.18 by online and pay 499 rupees by credit card. After, so many time follow up. I received a call on 16.10.18 for installation disc. Finally my disc was installed on 24.10.18 and during installation disc tv representative demand rs 1750 for installation (Copy closed for your reference). Which was not disclosed to me at the time of booking. I request you to take hard action against in this matter and resolve the issues at the earliest.
