I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 5 years, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h. I have been compiling videocon for the past 15-16 days but they are constantly answering the vowels and they do not support me properly. My set-top-box is closed for the last 20 days. Instead of a set-top-box replacement, before last 5 days they have deducted rs.450 from my account. I have a lots of problems, please do me cooperation. Their main (Tl) person (Mr. Ajay) gave me 100% guarantee but not solved yet I am attaching call log pls chk Was this information helpful? | |||

I had recharged on 21.10.19 asusual pack of mine but it has transfered to bharat combo pack. Now dishtv customer care is not ready to change the plan.
