Trai — complaint regarding duplication of channel bouquets.

Dear sir or madam, i have selected 6 bouquets of channel in this new pattern of your rule. Yesterday i found my videocon d2h account is deducting heavily. I check from d2h site that same bouquets activated twice. I have selected the bouquets again due to non view of the 1-2 channel. I'm made complaint to customer care. They are promising but not doing anything. So i am putting it in your concern. D2h (Videocon), complaint no. Is[protected] dated 09 feb (Told to resolve before 1415 hrs.
