Dear customer, account [protected] as this is the number n they. Said about it will work continuously but it just work about for little time n again it stop to work n as i ask them they send one to just check n. Later it is the same as it was.
When called them to solve the issue the company "hathway india ltd" before even listening to our problem the call was disconnected.
That was a very harsh and rude way to react to our customers.
Please look into the matter and take necessary steps to avoid such issues to solve and not happen again

My name is Varun and I am a resident of Greenfields Faridabad. We have a distributor of your services here in Greenfields " DCN" Devendar Cable Network located at H.no 1969 Block-A GreenField Colony Faridabad

First of all not sure whether this DCN is a legit and authorized service provider for Hathway. I had 2 Hathway HD connections from him which never worked fine, every now & then there would be issues with signal quality or HD not working. I raised the complain so many times but unheard.

This bugger is so rude when we talk to him and it feels embarrassed to be a Hathway Customer. Finally I gave up and switched to tata sky.

Recently because of changes in TRAI regulations, he charged me 1000 rs and did not activate my channels at all and when asked for update he would just either not respond or reply in same arrogant manner which is not acceptable.

I am bloody paying for your services, not only I am not getting services, my channels are not working and to make it worse this guy adds to your frustration. I told him I will complain to Hathway and TRAI, he said he does not care at all.

I requested him to terminate my services and pick up your boxes and return the security amount. He is adamant and not willing to do anything.

two things: I want my money back (I have all the screenshots of conversation with this vendor)

secondly: If you care for your services, take action against such buggers who defame your reputation as a brand.
