Trai — horrible step

1st of all i would like to inform you that we have been facing a blackout of tv (Dth) from last 3 days.

I've been continuously calling their support for help in this regards, but their customer support are full of illiterate, that they dont
Care to respond us.

On very 1st day, i've created my own pack of happy india, and after sometime, main channel of sony entertainment and set max were not working.

From 2nd day, i've calling them to start my sony channel, in return they are telling me to wait for every 5 hour when i call them.

On today, their limit exceeded, they put us on line for long time without any talk, and line went disconnected automatically.

Also they won't let us talk to their senior, all they are doing till now, is giving us excuses, or thinking how to get rid of complaint.

Its been 3 days so far, without sony channel that is my top priority channel.

I've already paid them in advance around 420rs, and for me, they are taking advantage of this change.

Customer like me struggling to get his own channels, and ended up wasting his own time with illiterate people.

I don't know where should i go for complaint now.

So i'm writing again for help, either sort this fast, or soon you will have to take your step which you have taken.

Horrible, frustrating and miserable experience..

None of your consumer support comes in action so far against corrupt videocon d2h.

Tv blackout day 3 since feb 1, 2019.

According to my earlier concern, only 2 channels were not working, and rest were working fine.

And today, i told them to activate my both channels, they did it no time, but here is miserable part comes, they deactivated my entire pack, which i created earlier..

Ab tumko zara hindi me samjhata hu

Niyam laagu karne se ghanta kuch hota hai, kaam par unpadh gawaar log bitha doge, toh problem toh aani hi hai..

1 taarik ko, maine apna pack create kia, jisme nct, happy india, star value, and remaining pack create kiya hai..

Ab bebasi ki baat yeh hai ki, videocon wale itne unpad log hai,

Pehle toh plan activate nahi kar rahe

Dusra 5 ghante baad call karne ko bole jaa rahe hai

Teesra senior se baat nahi kar va rahe

Chautha mere tv par gine chune 8 channel hi chal rahe hai.

Paanchva, trai walo ne pagal bana diya.

Agar kaam karna bas ki nahi hai toh, niyam thopne ka koi adhikar nahi,

Will surely raise my voice against trai.

Blackout Day 5 Running Now.. No Help So Far.
All my channels are deactivated by them now. Not getting any help over a phone call, and not getting any solution via email. All they are saying we have sent a command to my set up box. And trai is total ###.

I have opted channels on 26/1/19 to be effective from 1.1.19. However, amount paid is adjusted in continuance to old tariff.
Subscriber no. [protected]-001 and reference no of online submission of channels: 99317. However AIRTEL has not done any changes effective 1.1.19.
