Trai — independent tv telecasting barred

Dear sir,

I have purchase independent tv setup box with 1 year free service in month of oct 2018, and the service barred since april 2019, i feel cheated and mentally harass by anil ambani independent tv. I hope appropriate authority of government of india will do something to resolve the issue or refund full amount paid by subscriber.
