Trai — network issue not getting 4g speed | |||
Hello team, Its been 8 months i have been facing network issue. I am getting 2g speed for data and network however i am paying charges for 4g network. I have raised this concern so many time but not getting any response. Kindly look into the matter. My mobile number- [protected] yesterday evening they cut rs 124/- for data switch is on, within 1 hour vodafone charges rs 124/- i call customer care they said i use 34 mb data, i do not use any data or any app, even i i do not touch the mobile this hour, truly they are the cheater, pls help me, and return this amount
