I have recharged a amount of rupees 1999 in my bsnl prepaid sim, on the site i have saw that this plan also gives sony liv subscription but i have not got such any subscription. I live in up east circle but my mobile number is of bihar. When i contacted costumer care they said that we don't have any update of your number so they gave me bsnl bihar circle helpline number but the number do not work. I am even not able to contact bsnl bihar constumer care. Was this information helpful? | |

I have compaining to Airtel customer care from last 2 months about Data speed issue but the problem is not resolved yet and customer care executive has used bad words with me.
