Trai — trai is not responding to my phone call or e-mail

Dear sir/Madam,

myself AZIZ MALITYA an IDEA PREPAID customer with having mobile no [protected]. before few months i returned back from VODAFONE for continus Billing issue that time no one was there like TRAI or Anything else.But before porting to IDEA i have cleared my all dues to VODAFONE as suggested by CCE after telephonic conversation.And after clearing my dues no one infrom me that i have also few dueS amount to VODAFONE.I didn't get any message, mail or phone call from vodafone or from TRAI ALSO and u can check the record through VODAFONE i[censored] want.And i[censored] can present any proof which was informed by VODAFONE to me regarding MY PENDING BILL then tell me when and how VODAFONE infrom me for my dues. I am ot a GOD..THEN HOW MAY I KNOW THAT VODAFOE AGAIN GEERATE A BILL AFTER PORTIG MY NUMBER TO IDEA. from very few days “TRAI” has CLOSED my connection without provide any information to me and without checking any record ???? HOW CAN TRAI OR VODAFONE DO THAT??????????????? AGAIN I PAID MY ALL DUES TO VODAFONE... As per telephonic conversation on [protected] at 4:40 pm on 29th June, 2018. on with interaction number [protected].She told me after clearing bill my number re-open automatically.

. At present I do't have any dues to VODAFONE and I HAVE MAIL IT TO “TRAI”.([protected]@trai.gov.in) MORE THAN THREE TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL STILL MY NUMBER IS OFF [protected] is off .WHY …..????? I have called so many times to” TRAI” CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER:[protected] and no one receiving my phone at all. .IF “TRAI” CAN CLOSE A CONNETION WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMER..THEN “TRAI” SHOULD RE-POEN THE CONNECTION INSTANTLY AFTER PAYMENT CLEAR BY CUSTOMER. WHAT R U WAITING FOR?????? THIS NUMBER IS A MOST VALUABLE TO ME AND FOR MY CAREER AND IT IS CONNECTED WITH MANY MORE…..

So, I requesting TRAI u……… plz activate [protected] with IDEA or else tell me how to re open my numner as soon as possible.Other wise I have to go through CONSUMER COURT for LAUNCH A case against VODAFONE & TRAI. I M FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM FROM ONE MONTH..AND NO HELP ME TO GET MY NUMBER…. AND TRAI IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. SO PLZ ACTIVATE MY NUMBER ASAP.
