Trai — Unable to use data speed in network of Airtel prepaid

Hello sir,

I have registered many complaints about not getting data in Airtel 4G network in Airtel app & customer care number. No one replied and enquired back to me. I have been complaining about this issue for 1 year. Problem is still unsolved.
In our location 4g is available in handset but no internet speed.
