I am having dth connection from airtel. My dth id is [protected]. After this manual selection of package, i chose only limited channels but after 10 days i observed that there are some channels which are added twice in my account and they are being charged twice in my package. After taking up the matter with airtel customer care, they assured me that they have removed the duplicate channels. And they asked me to recharge again with rs 500 i. E rental for 1 month But today again i. E after 14 days of recharging, they are asking me to recharge again with 930 rs. Also, those duplicate channels are appearing again I request you to take action against this fraud company airtel Was this information helpful? | |||

They charged me 432 ruppes for just 7 days. And when I meet personally they are not answering my query and directly said the payment made by you and you are responsible for that. We can't help.
My operator is fast way cable and they are providing me only Doordarshan channels in the name of free to air channels and that only about 8-10 channels. They want 200 instead of 130 to give rest of free to air channels. To whom can I complaint in this matter. Please guide me. I live at Patiala in Punjab state.
Please must watch this video. Your latest cable TV rules is very bad for customer.

Dear Trai, I am a d2h Video con customer[protected]since 2 years, from the last 7 months I am facing lot of issues from this service and not getting the channels properly after recharging Please consider this matter seriously and make a urgent solution as early as possible.

City cable kawardha charged me for discovery and more channel but but discovery and more paid channels are not broadcasting.

he is saying that you have to purchase both sd & hd packs indivisually.
for example sony & sony hd 19+19.
