Trai — unnecessary advertisement torture whenever i attempt to make call to aircel customer | |||
I am a vodophone customer and my mobile no. [protected]. Whenever i try to contact aircel customer, i am getting a recorded voice of aircel offer whether the opponent is engaged or free, i am forced to listen their advertisements and then only my call is meturing... I don't know why i am unnecessarily disturbed and forced to listen and wait that too i am in urgency to make calls. I made complainsed two times with vodophone and it seems they are helpless. I had applied for porting my Reliance mobile no to Vodafone but they are not accepting it and telling me to port in postpaid paln, otherwise we will not do.
