Trai — videocon d2h is forcing 100 channels as mandatory | |||
1. Videocon d2h web site is not responding to choose the channels as per trai new guidelines. 2.in the videocon d2h site they are forcing 100 fta channels mandatory on people against the trai's order of 25 mandatory fta channels. Due to which we are forced to pay excess 60 rs against our selected channels as network capacity fees. 3. On 5/02/2019 videocon d2h service center telephone is not working. 4. When we take this issue with the videocon d2h service center there answer is "migration is in progress". We request trai to initiate strong action as early as possible against videocon d2h so that they will stop harassing consumers and follow rules formed by the trai. Was this information helpful? | |||

what's the use, TRAI is not enforcing anything. I select my pack but even now what I selected and what I see is totally disconnected. Sent email to TRAI multiple times without any help. This is just creating so much of problems to common public. Everyone else is making money and cheating consumers.
