Trai — videocon d2h not resolving complaint

My d2h id[protected]. As per trai new rules, new pack got activated and then i recharged with 450 on 5th feb. My pack amount at the time of recharging was 429.52 hence i was supposed to get 31 days recharge. On 5th the next due date was correctly shown but next day onwards pack amt started showing 571 and next due date 1st march for which i continuously complained. After about 10 days pack amt was corrected but next due date was only revised to 4th irrespective of last recharge date and amt. Since then i hv been complaining daily but nobody tried to resolve it correctly. Instead they calculated from the day they corrected pack amount. I m extremely harrassed and feeling cheated though amt is only 60 but it is not fair. Today is 4th and my balance is 1 rupee due to their tech issues and my connection is disrupted though i recharged till 8th. Kindly help such that this is resolved correctly this time and does not happen again. The kind of resources and energy i wasted to complain daily thru calls and mails is something i dont want to go through ever again.

I am a regular costomer of videocon d2h. My costomer ID is 7509644. I have made my plan a pack of 288 on 28th February on 6.56 pm. But still my videocon d2h[protected] is not responding any chanel. And I have called them( [protected])more than 20 times but they always told this number is busy .

After setting the channels on mera wala plan I can only able to set on SD here i found no option on HD channels. How can i able to do to select HD channels. The d2h operator forcing the customer to had to buy there combo offer

Mera plan pahle 300 rs per month tha vahi plan continue kari
I am having Airtel DTH subscription if I want to select HD channels from FTA 100 channels how can I do so, I need Sony, Sab and Star Bharat in HD, will I have to pay for HD channels or I select from FTA channels list. Please reply my query on email [protected]@gmail.com.
