[Resolved] Travel Guru — Refund not received for over a month | |||
Dear Team, Kindly note that the refund amount of approx rs 10000 has been lying with you since 26th March now. I had booked 3 rooms in "U Tropicana" hotel, Alibaug for 2 nights (27-29mar) and have done an NEFT transfer of Rs 30159 on 26Mar from IDBI bank ac[protected]. Booking ID. TGUA[protected] However since only 2 rooms were finally booked the total bill was around Rs 19800. Hence the balance was to be refunded. Any reason why the amount has not yet been transferred in spite of providing the bank details for NEFT. I have spoken to abhaya on 27Mar and abhinav on 11/12 apr and they both have promised me that the amount will be transferred in 3 working days. Abhaya had done the booking and promised on 27th that the balance of Rs 10000 would be refunded but she did not initiate the request. Abhinav had also promised a callback to confirm the transfer and also a manager Meenakshi from finance dept was expected to call and resolve the complaint. None of this has been done. I have no other option but to register my complaint with the consumer forum since it seems you are not keen to transfer my money.
