[Resolved] Travel Triangle — cancellation of dubai tour starting from 17.03.2018 due to medical exigencies | |||||
I have booked a dubai trip with trivel triangle on 23.02.2018 vide trip id2440049 and paid advance amount of rs.20000.00 and then again paid rs.5141.00 through paytm on 28.02.2018. On 1.3.2018 i suffered a heart attack and admitted to action hospital paschim vihar new delhi. Due blockage in arteries i undergone ptca nad the doctor advised to defer the trip. The same was intimated to traveltrianle and view trip on 03.03.2018 with medical documents and requested to refund me the amount. Since then i have consistently followed them to inform me the terms and conditions of cancellation however they failed to do so. Since then i am consistently following them but no suitable reply/refund is paid so far inspite of sharing my bank details with them as demanded by them. Please take up the matter with higher ups to get the issue resolved or guide me how to get back back my hard earned money Was this information helpful? | |||||

Agency have resolved the hotel reservation issue but are unable to refund the airlines fare which is refunded fully in case of medical exigencies as per airlines policies. They have not provided any documentary proof about the cancellation charges.Please be reasonable and refund the actual amount after charging the charges if any charged by the airlines.by providing documentary proof from the airlines will help to resolve the issue at the earliest.It is better if you donot make your profit out of genuine medical exigencies
