[Resolved] Travel Triangle — irresponsible service | |||
Sir, I booked a package from ambala to dalhousie dharamshala to chandigarh from 10 of june 2018 till date. It was the worst experience with travel traingle, they are not at all responsible for service they promise to provide. They had made our journey miserable. Their driver are not informed about the places to go each single day we struggled to make him go places according to given itinerary to us, and that too they did not covered some places. Their behaviour was very bad. We were guided by a person named prashant from travel traingle, he misbehaved and was very rude and was utter disgusting. It seemed we took holidays from our office to suffer their harresing. Prashant travel agent number [protected]. Kindly please take the necessary action upon the matter. He took 700 extra to take us dalai lama temple although it was in itnirary .we didn't wanted to more destroy our journey therefore we payed him 700 extra no option we had that time.
We were all time with Google map guiding their driver same time calling like begging the agent Prashant to spare a peaceful day.
We haven't got our last payment receipt until now.
