[Resolved] Travel Triangle — mobile number leaked by some travel agency where i trapped into fraud | |
Hello travel triangle, I have posted request for my ooty-kodaikanal trip plan on around 05th dec19. I was getting various quotes from various travel agencies. On 12th of december 2019, somehow i trapped into a fake travel agency "https://easeourholiday.com" a person named saurabh gupta he told and promised me to deliver a package lesser than travel trianle if i will book through him directly. I just believed in him and went ahead and booked without further investigating. I am not directly complaining to travel triangle but how this person got my mobile number and called for the same travel package what i was looking for. I request travel triangle team to take strict action to the person and similar travel agencies if you have a brand concern. I paid and lost 18751 rupees as a advance and there are no response from the person on the travel date. I am ready to provide all the transaction details whenever required. Kindly assist me to get my money refunded from this cheating/fake agency. This is regarding the booking id 5875624. I have raised a request with customer care of Travel triangle for getting the full payment receipt which includes all travelers to be used for claiming LTA. Its been more than 2 weeks but still they haven't provided the receipt. This is very bad management.
