Travel Triangle — sikkim trip | |
I had booked a family vacation to sikkim from april 3rd-10th. Given the sikkim government has shut down tourism in lachen, lachung etc till april 15th and the current coronavirus situation it is impossible for me and my family to travel. I have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with someone at travel triangle for my cancellation and refund, but they keep saying someone will get back once they have the cancellation amount calculated. I don't see why i have to pay any fee for cancellation when it is the state government order to shut down tourism in the period of my travel! I am really disappointed in the customercare services and i want my full money back! Was this information helpful? | |
