Travel Triangle — trip to thailand - charged entirely even after not using a single service of travel triangle

I’m shahbaz ahmed, from bangalore. We had booked a package from travel triangle for my fiancee birthday. It was our first international trip to phuket, thailand. We had paid initial amount of 7k to book the package with a fixed itinerary, & after that 10k. Dheeraj kumar & prerna sharma from your office was involved with us from start. There has been various miscommunication on the day of travel, due to no valid proof, our entire package amount has been taken from us & no refund has been initiated. We had raised a complaint with your redressal team & didn’t get any refund or resolution. The main point is, the package was not at all utilized from tt or the agent for whatsoever events. Not even the airport transfer. Initially on our travel date when things were not booked, tt agreed for a full refund on call when the agent said it. But we were keen on booking it and asked him to book the package from next day as he told it was late. But after reaching there, we were left abandoned and even the amount was not returned even after not using the package. There are a multiple number of events which has happened & i request to tell in detail from a customer perspective. We are middle class working people, & we collect money & travel to international destination. Forcefully we had to user credit card & complete our itinerary in thailand on our own without support of any agent or tt help. It was frustrating. Kindly look into this matter with fairness & request you to resolve this. We are expecting a full refund as its our hard earned money and we have not caused any loss to tt from our side too. There was no booking done from any side, either tt or even the agent. Please get in touch for in depth details.
