Return id is 50365...its been more than 2 months the company is indifferent towards the return of my Rps 1200...I have called them mailed them 50 times...everytime they used to say ma'am we are trying..this is highly frustrating and annoying Totally disappointed Do something about it please

Trendin Website is like a Parasite that sucks your blood, eats your money and gives you nothing but pain and misery. I had ordered a dress from Trendin which did not fit well and was returned. I requested for a refund and after several calls to the customer care was asked to send a detailed mail with bank account details. I could claim my refund within 3months from the date of return. So finally I shared all the bank details, proof of which I have in email. Again no response from the company. On calling them after ten days or so, I was told that the company had changed their policy and would not be refunding any return amount and I could use those Rs. 1750 plus as Trendin credits in my account to make fresh purchases. I was very frustrated and told them that how could they go back on their word and make new policies without informing the customer through email or call or message. After complaining to them, they said that they would call back after a few days to settle my grievance. Few days later they only called to repeat the same lines like a parrot and that they could not refund my money. Finally u gave up. Now a couple of days ago, seeing that money lying unused in my account, I ordered kids clothes worth Rs. 900 on August 17, 2015. The delivery date was estimated to be August 26, 2015. Today is August 27th and I still have not received my order. On calling the customer care, they were clueless regarding my order and couldn't explain the reason for delay. Finally on asking where my order was they informed it was on some Ramaji Road. On asking where this place was, they were clueless. On asking them to find out and put me on hold, they told me that it was some place beyond Delhi. Again asking them when I'd be getting the order they said that next week most probably. On asking them why they didn't inform me regarding the delay, they had no answer. On raising a complaint with them, I recieved the same stupid email stating sorry for the inconvenience and that I should receive my order in two to three days (again no final definite date) and that if I didn't receie e my order on time I should call them. Why would I call them. Why don't they deliver what they promise. Pathetic service, I am fed up!

My order number is 606409 (order date 4th of August, 2015). I got this order delivered in two shipments. First shipment was absolutely fine and good experience. Now second shipment. I got a van huesen shoe rather than 5 shirts of Bare Denim/Leisure. Although the invoice (on top of the shipment) was clearly showing I have got 5 shirts delivered, so I opened the package. But beyond that it was shocking to see a shoe box. Now I called up customer service and they are saying you need to return and returns have been initiated for those shirts (which I had never received) and two shirts from my previous sipment, although system is showing I had received 5 shirts (what a IT system they have, Horrible). They are shipping a shoe against an order of 5 shirts and that is never reflected in system. Anyway against that order of 8 shirts, I returned 7 shirts and got a refund for only 3 shirts. Shirts which are returned other than shoe, refund for them is not yet initiated. It seems there is some problem with courier company as well. I had paid 6825.00 against my order 606409 and got a refund of 1692.89 and I am supposed to get[protected].97= 5173 instead refund has been initiated for only 1692.89. 1. I ordered two items (Two Formal Pants) with Order No#615684 on 07-AUG-2015 through Online Shopping of website www.trendin.com 2. Only one item (one formal pant) is delivered by 14-AUG-2015 and other item was NOT Delivered and no communication was sent to me. 3. When I contacted the customer support through email on 15-AUG-2015 they replied on 17-AUG-2015 that it would be taken care and they would return my money. 4. I sent follow up emails with screenshots of the issue on 16-AUG-2015 and 19-AUG-2015 and 24-AUG-2015, but there is no response from Customer Support in email. 5. Return ID 78259 First of all, I was delivered wrong product. Then. even after calling customer care 30 times, no refund has been initiated and the customer care folks are just not ready to help. Its been more than 15 days and I am really frustrated with their service.

I have purchased a product from TrendIN.com on July 18, 2015 & the product price was 264.30 (Order No: 531154 placed on[protected]:03:17). So during payment I have paid Rs. 200 from my Paytm wallet & the remaining amount Rs. 64.30 from my HDFC bank credit card. After purchasing the product I didn't like it so I refunded it on July 26 (Return Id: 67392) & TrendIN initiated the payment on July 29. As I have not received the refund amount yet So I contacted them & as per their mail dated 6th August, they have refunded the amount to my Paytm wallet (Transaction Id: [protected], DHCC[protected]). But I have checked my wallet & could not find any transaction for that. I have also asked PayTm to look into the matter & they also could not find any details for that. After that I have contacted TRENDIN.com several times through mail & over phone but still neither I have got any response nor the refund. Please consider it as a complain & take action on that.

Its almost 2 months that I have returned one shirt bought from trendin.com online... I have called the customer care almost 30 times and mailed them also but everytime they used to say your return will be initiated soon..this is really annoying and frustrating

I had placed the order on 27 June, 2015, the was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days. But it was not delivered. I called fedex courier services to know the problem they said that trendin has not handed over the package to fed ex. Then i called trendin customer care and they said that the courier is handed over to fedex and the delivery is pending from there side. i continued calling trenin customer care, they said the the issue is already been escalated but still no action is taken by them. This tells that both the Trendin and FedEx are the worst vendors.

This is to Bring To Your Urgent Notice that Iam Not Able to Proceed with TRENDIN DISCOUNT COUPONS which I had Recieved as a part of Compliment from ICICI CREDIT CARDS. I have Informed the same to Your Cuctomer care officer Mr.Ajay . During the Transaction, the session was Expired and I think the transaction disconnected in Between .. This happened Twice while using the Discount Coupon( both having the same Number) . While Trying to Proceed the Third time, the Discount column was featuring as REACHED THE MAX LIMIT, whereas I haven't done any purchase . I confirmed with your customer care officer that My Two Discount cards is Untouched. He advised me to Clear the cookies in the system and try it again, but Still the Message was same. Please do the Needful Urgently since it is valid upto 30/ 6/ 2015 . Trendin customer officer now tells that I won't be able to Use Trendin discount coupon code since I Have Tried twice even if I haven't done any transaction. Even if Session is expired due to Internet connectivity, They can't reactive the code. Now Discount coupons worth RS 1000 ie; 2 coupons of RS 500 is not refunding by them.

Found Size not suitable. 9.5.2015 raised return Return No 38005 ( By Trending pickup) Automatically Return No got cancelled without any information. 14.5.2015 raised another Return 39166 ( By self courier in Overnite courier) Item returned stating - refused to take delivery. Contacted customer care & executive informed to send in another courier. 23.5.2015 raised another Return No - 41763 (By Self courier - Professional Courier PRO) 30.5.2015 Item returned stating - refused to take delivery. 3.6.2015 contacted customer support Mr. Pradeep addressed my concern & confirmed to clear within 48 hrs.( Ref no.[protected] 8.6.2015 Contacted Customer support again & Executive informed that Mr. Pradeep will contact within 1 hr. . Have been sending mail to [protected]@trendin.com from 16th June'15 till date 6 times. Till date no update

I have purchase Trouser at 4 May 2015 from this site.(Order no.378474) Bt i have fitting prob.then i gave it return on 22 May 2015 with self paid courier. Courier is delivered on 25 May 2015 Till now compny not given my refund. N when i call that compny customer care then there executive not co-operate to me. I sent to all documents as a proof -Courier reciept. -Proof of delivery. -Snapshot of transaction id of paytm wallet statement.

Hello, I ordered a PE socks of 2 sets, but I just got only one set delivered, its been 2 weeks and I am constantly in touch with Customer care, all they say is " We have registered a complaint" ?? what is the thing they do after registering the complaint? its all black box! no proper response, worst service a company can provide. i am writing this mail in connection with my recent order with trendin. i had placed an order but unfortunately product was big in size and same day (18th May) i have given return request but till today no one is coming to reverse pick up. . i also called them many times and talked to their executives and everytime they have made fake promises that soon our person will collect the product and we will initiate your refund as soon as possible. but nothing is happening. They are just doing fraud with peoples. it's a aditya birla company, a big business house and providing so low level service and cheating with peoples. i will advise not to buy any thing from trendin.com.

i ordered a shirt INR600 via trend in and returned it on April 28 2015. I have been continuously calling and sending them mails, but no steps have been taken from their side to refund my money, even after i told them that i will file a complain in consumer forum. I have spent so much of money in calling them as well as their helpline number is not even toll free. Please help me in getting my money back. It is more than a month now.

On May 25 my wife ordered a clothing. Order no 404876 from trendin.com. The price tag visible was Rupees (symbol) 99/-. So we ordered. But when we received the billing receipt showed Rs. 799/-. We immediately sent 3 mails to customer care with photo proof and cancellation of order, yet we received the item. I doubt getting refund looking a other peoples experience.

At first order billed to wrong addressed. Despite complaint, refused to redirect to the correct address or to cancel the order and refund immediately. Said will be refunded only after I collect the product and send back which is not possible since I do not live in the address being shipped and hence cannot be liable for whatever happens to the product there. Seems like active defrauding going on there either by the company or a few employees. Would like to have all the amount refunded asap.

Sir/Mam I have placed a order of Pantaloons cardigan on 5th April 2015, of Rs. 899/- from www.trendin.com, Order no. 352028 but due to some reasons I returned (return id 33549) the product to company and I have requested for refund because they have policy that you can take refund or take a credit voucher. I have already mailed my bank details to them 3 times and clear them that I don't want credit voucher, I need my money back but every time I got mail that they have issued me a credit voucher even I have contacted many times on customer help line no. but they haven't resolve my problem yet please help me.

Dear Friends, Trendin has been cheating me for the second time. Once the order is made after a few days a mail will come from thier side saying that "Upon on your request, we are cancelling your order. The surprise is that I havent made any request and their customer care executive tells me its becuase their courier partner can't deliver the same, so they are cancelling. Even no one dares to call us saying an apology or an explanation. Their executives doesnt know how to talk politely.
