[Resolved]  Truenet Commerce — Did not give me the product

I had placed an order through Myntra for a MANGO teal pouch via Order ID #1167297 [protected]. The seller was Truenet Commerce. Two days later I placed a return request and the delivery boy collected a wrong product (a bag which i ordered through myntra via Order ID #1167873 [protected]). On realising this, i immediately called the customer care and raised a complaint regarding the same . I explained them that the bag is worth ₹10, 999 while the pouch was just for ₹792 .
Due this inconvenience, I asked to cancel my return request and return me the bag the guy took by mistake. I also furnished the AWB[protected] and return id [protected] asking them to cancel the return request and return me my bag as it is . The status in app showed “return on hold” and they kept assuring me that the bag will be returned to me. Days later, Truenet Commerce accepted my wrong return, kept my bag worth ₹10, 999 and instead processed the refund to me of ₹792 against the bag worth ₹10, 999 and I still have not heard from myntra yet . I cannot contact the seller too, Despite me repeatedly asking to resolve my complaint, myntra has not bothered to help me out and I have suffered a huge loss.
