        Dear Flipkart team,
        I would like to inform you that your system has blocked my Flipkart Account for NO valid reason. When I asked about the reason they stated the following :
        “We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorised and secure; this is for account security.”
        I have sent so many emails to [protected]@flipkart.com but every time their reply is same as usual i.e “We'd like to let you know that your recent... is for account security.”
        This is so frustrating because firstly you blocked my account for NO valid reason, secondly your customer support team has no authority to fix this issue and lastly your email support team is sending same repetitive replies.
        For this particular order your system detected irregularities :
        Order: OD[protected]
        Item: Jackly JK 6036 Combination Screwdriver Set
        Amount : Rs.89

        I would like to inform you that I ordered this item on 10th January 2021 using my own Paytm wallet but since product quality was poor I returned the product and I got the refund of Rs.89 on 13th January, it’s so simple!
        I don’t know what irregularities Flipkart system detected in it. This proves your system is faulty and poor.
        I even asked Paytm to check if there is some irregularities in this transaction, they checked and replied to me that there is NO irregularities in the transaction, it was cancelled because I returned the product, still don’t know why Flipkart system thinks there is some irregularities.

        You are harassing me by not replying to me on Twitter, not resolving through customer care and most frustrating is that you are sending same robotic replies.
        And whenever you escalate my issue I receive an SMS that Flipkart will call me but I have NOT RECIEVED ANY CALL YET.

        What’s your problem with me? I have been very loyal to Flipkart, never ever misused your services still you are blocking innocent customer’s account. This incident has lost all my trust in you .

        I want you to unblock my account as it contains my personal details, Supercoins, Bank Cards and other details.
        I am attaching all the proofs with this email which justifies that there is NO IRREGULARITIES in the payment method.
        If you need any other details please email it to my registered email address (given below)

        There are so many cases where Flipkart has blocked innocent customers account. This is all due to faulty system of Flipkart which is detecting false irregularities in customers account. But the worst part is their Customer support, their is no direct way to call the technical team oy email is available but in emails they send only same replies. It's operated by Robots.

            I order ipad 8th gen through giftcard and it costs 37900 and but any mistake only 27900 deducted by my giftcard and after that my order is not placed but money got deducted and on the same day 01/03/2021 i got refund of 7900 and 20000 left then i call customer support of Flipkart and i elaborate my concern to them and they said that you will get your refund of 2000 on 11/03/2021 max promising date.
            And now its 12/03/2021 but i didn't get my 20000 back .

              Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
              "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
              This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."
              But i mailed them that i have not order those products for reselling purpose
              But they have given me the same response

              I had not done any large quantity purchase, I don't know why they have come up with such a conclusion.

              I would kindly request you to unblock my account
              As i had been a regular user of flipkart

              I assure you that the products i bought were for my personal use only.
              Kindly unblock my account because it has very good facilities in it like flipkart cardless credit and flipkart plus
              I assure you that this account was never used for reselling purpose and will never be used for the same
              Please unblock my account because i don't want to miss those lovely services of flipkart

                    I cancelled by ticket from Amritsar to Bombay 8 hrs ago but still it is showing cancellation pending.. I will not get refund if ticket is not canceled 24 hrs before flight deoarture

                      Google Pixel 4a have been out of stock for about 2 weeks in kerala pincodes as well as major indian cities. even though a sale is going on now, we are not able to buy the phone. If stock is to be out of stock what is the use in conducting a sale? Really wish to buy that phone.

                        Grocery items delivery complaint

                        I ordered grocery from flipkart on Saturday evening, which was supposed to be delivered by Monday evening, and order didn't get delivered even on Tuesday. Flipkart customer care executive hung up on me by saying they cannot help or neither can I cancel my order. I am a woman who lives alone in delhi, and the first delivery executive misbehaved with me on phone, he was not only rude infact he yelled at me saying he cannot deliver my order...

                        I have ordered a cooler from Flipkart and the cooler making a lot of noise and it is spilling water on the floor. I need to return the product and I need a refund but the Flipkart stating that only a replacement option is available and there is no refund option.

                          Guys don't waste your time in expecting positive solution from Flipkart's end.
                          You will tired of complaining same thing again and again but you will get robotic replies.
                          Finally after so much torture you will think to put complaint on consumer forum but when you come to know procedure of getting Justice, you will back out because we guys don't have that much money and time to visit office to office.

                                  I had booked the flight from flipkart travel for 18th April 2020 from Delhi to Bangalore on air vistara. The flight was cancelled due to Nation wide covid lockdown.

                                  i haven’t receive the refund for a canceled flight for booking number –FF[protected].and PNR-N8L887. This has been now 11 months of continuous reminders and 100 of mail communication, but no refund yet.

                                    I have a affiliate account on flipkart. They have a rule where they pay there account holder a commission after reaching 5000 Rs thershold amount. But even having verified account, They are not releasing my payment.

                                    I have tried contacting them thru Contact Us form, Mail, Phone, Tweet but they are not providing any resolution not the payment.

                                    I am getting frustrated because the amount is earned after doing their promotion on different platforms.

                                    Kindly look into this matter.
                                    And hope no one has to face the same problem again.

                                      On 5th March, 2021, I got delivered my product which was ordered by me on 3rd March, 2021 Casio Edifice Ex488 but when I unboxed my product I got different model of the same brand named Casio A1773. But whenever I tried to return the product the reason and sub reason for my refund didn't match my genuine issue and that's why my refund request got rejected by the logistics 5-6 times.
                                      Whenever I tried to contact Flipkart they mentioned the same issue that my product have different specifications shown from the website. But this is wrong. There must be a option in the refund request that I got a product of different model of the same brand. Hence, everytime my wishmaster rejected my pickup because there is a verification of image match and serial no. Match, how can the serial no. And image can be matched when I got a different model.
                                      Now it's my 4th day 9th march, 2021 and my refund request is rejected 6th times now. So, please it's my humble request to you to refund my product as soon as possible with correct reason mentioned there that I GOT A DIFFERENT MODEL OF SAME BRAND.
