I have purchased a brand new lenovo tab but it is not in working condition and didn't turned on when received.immediately i raised the request the product to be returned but after several attempts also they are not getting the product changedand it's been 3 days now and now they have rejected the return requiest.
Kindly help to get thr product replaced or getting the refund.

        I am a student and i ordered a smartphone, which is Realme X7pro for my study purpose, but i was short in cash so i paid the merchant with paytm wallet through flipkart payment portal . The money was successfully sent by paytm to the flipkart merchant which is supercomnet according to the information i gathered from flikart customer care executive . So i paid for the product but still i was able to see pay option on my account dashboard even if i already paid and at the time writing this complain, the product has arrived to my nearest hub, from 2 days but is is COD, , i tried contacting flipkart customer service mutliple times and talked to them for many hours even if i m preparing for my CBSE 10th examination, but the flipkart support service is so rediculous and they are just giving me new dates and fake consolidation and the products is already in nearest hub but i can't take it because they are asking for payment . Now tell me what i do, , i am being mentally harassed by them, its 29999 RS, which is not a small amount, so what i would say to my father and my family, it is hard earned money of my parents ... So i m requesting consumer forum to please help me either to get my money back or to get my product delivered .For the convenience of helping team, i am attaching each and every vital proof of my genuinity along with this greivance, , and pls help me, , i cannot talk to their customer care for 4-5 hours in a day, , i am mentally broken and it is effecting my study life .

          Hi,

          I have received a voucher from Google to buy google home mini for Rs. 499. This is is unique coupon, when I go to redeem Flipkart is showing multiple errors.
          1.Technical issue, please try again
          2. Voucher already used

          Both above errors are appearing a coupon is not listing in "My Coupons" option.

          I have cross-checked in Google Support and they confirmed it's an issue with flipkat., the same error many people got from Flipkart and at the end coupon was listed in their Flipkart account. I am raising this concern since Feb 18th and still not resolved.

          When it is coupon is system generated how it can be used by someone else? was this a security breach by flipkart?
          Please note, last date to redeem this coupon is 28th Feb, please look into this on priority.

          Today is a last day to avail this voucher and I don't think so it can be validated from tomorrow 1st March onwards.. I have raised this concern since 19th Feb and still no resolution provided.. never expected such poor customer support from Flipkart.

          I have got a confirmation from Google to reach out to Flipkart and they confirmed it's an issue with Flipkart.

            Flipkart delivered a faulty product, accepted for replacement, then they cancelled without my knowledge. raised so many request to resolve the issues. but no response yet. so, man times to avoid get the money back. Finally they asked my aadhaar card to to verify my identity.

              Hi,
              My name is Shriyash Gadage.
              I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 12th February 2021 named Acer Predator Triton 300 corei5 10th gen priced at Rs.74990. I received the order on 14th february 2021. As i unboxed the laptop and powered on the laptop, i saw a dead pixel on the display of the laptop as this was the manufacturing fault. So, i placed a replacement request on flipkart regarding the ordered laptop on 16th feb 2021. Flipkart approved the replacement request and gave the the date 21st february 2021 as my replacement date. and also stated that it will be a hand to hand replacement and no technician visit will be there. But, i Havent got the replacement on 21st february 2021 and inspite of that it got delayed because it was not shipped by the seller itself inspite of being approved by the seller himself. the sellers name of flipkart is CORSECA. So today dated 24th february the replace laptop was out for delivery. when the so called wish master as named by flipkart came to deliver the order came, he just refused to hand over the replacement and take back the previous ordered laptop stating the reason that the technical person is not here and he is on holiday.
              now tell me what should i do. I am from mumbai. i am here in gurgaon for work for a few days. as my work got over i just have to stay in gurgaon for the replacement process nad that puts a load on my pocket to stay here. and due to flipkarts and delivery team's co-ordination i am unable to get the replacement.
              I am also posting the pictures of proof that how all it happened.

              As i am from mumbai. I just had to stay in gurgaon to receive the replacement and still to this date the replacement has not been provided and the date given for replacement is 3rd march 2021. So what about the money i had to spent to stay to receive the replacement and the time and hassle which i had to go through. Its been a tough time for me to be very honest. it may be simple for flipkart to give dates but what about the customer like me who has to bare the expenses. I want a compensation and apology from flipkart for delaying the shipment and the misguidance and wrong behaviour of their wish master.

                  sir i am going to bank with these reference no. - 17203011034104665188567, but they said this is not our reference no. and there is not any transaction of 547 rs credited in my account so tell me what i do write now. there is no proper response from bank branch side and bank bank customer care said they have no write to raise complaint if transaction is not showwing in my bank statement. so they said bank is not recieved any money from flipkart now tell me what i do.

                        My flipkart account has been blocked, there are pay later amount is due, needs to be paid soon or else fine will be added, its not my fault, i tried to contact flipkart customer care and gave lots of emails but no use.
                        Since 2 years i tried with Twitter email everywhere i have proofs too
                        Earlier due amount was total 14k
                        Now they are asking for 24k and because of that my credit score got effect its a huge glitch from your side ... how can i pay amount i can only pay the real amount was because I already tried many times with many emails that I really want to pay my dues but Flipkart ignored me please... provide me anything where i can pay my dues i want to pay my whole amount

                        Unblock my account so that i can pay it. Otherwise you people only issue legal action.

                        I called your customer care lot and gave lots of emails but no use. January 2020 is last date of paying. Please unblock before that or else fine will be waived off

                          I have been trying to update my registered contact number since a long time. Every time I contact Flipkart's customer service, I am given a complaint number and a promise of a resolution but my issue has not been resolved yet and no one from Flipkart gets back to me, hence I have to register a complaint on other platforms. I have lost my old contact number and no longer have access to it to enter the OTP. Flipkart's customer service is unreliable and maybe one of the reasons they are losing customers to Amazon.                             I have ordered mobile phone using my debit card ([protected]) on(Flipkart)
                            4th-Feb-2021 and the amount is Rs.15, 499 but due to some reason i’ve cancelled that order.And its been more then 15 days Now according to Flipkart the amount was credited into
                            my account with the Refund Reference number : 1720301103510472427310. And they are
                            asking me to submit the “Chargeback Form” to bank. But Bank denied it as the amount is not credited into my bank account
                            I am attaching Image of Flipkart reply, and my bank statement from[protected] to[protected], As you can check the amount(15499) reducted two times and not get credited

                            No, I had word with bank the amount was not credited to my bank account. And they are not able to take the complaint they are diverting me to contact flipkart as I've attached the account statment you can check the amount is not credited into my account so flipkart must refund my amount and can file case against bank and take back the money if it is confirmed from the seller, It is not my duty to go to bank everyday i've very busy schedule instead of that i've gone to bank many times and they can't help it .

                                    Recently due to corona I shopped many dress from Flipkart rather than traditional offline shopping
                                    Out of received dresses most didn't matched with product I ordered, so I placed return
                                    Inspite giving me solution they blocked my account
                                    I got loss of lot money

Thanks, Flipkart Customer Support After this mail they blocked my account without intimation [email protected] this is the email I'd from which I got above mail

                                    I was genuine customer of Flipkart from so long
                                    Because of corona I completely switched from traditional shopping to online shopping
                                    Recently in past 60 days I order more than 50 items from Flipkart, out of which many of them are defective or wrong products
                                    When I tried returning them they disable my return section
                                    After placing complain they blocked my account
                                    I got loss of money in thousands
                                    Moreover I purchase all household items from Flipkart
                                    Although they had given pathetic and disappointing customer service to me

                                    Flipkart guys should stop writing easy returns

                                    And logically to avoid fraud you can place terms and conditions that maximum you can place this much number of orders per month to avoid your doubt of reselling

                                    And to analyze returns are fraud or not
                                    You can at least cross check by asking images of defective ones

                                    Moreover they should mention in return policy that if you receive more defective products than they can't be returned from your end bcoz high returns not allowed in Flipkart

                                      I have returned a book and demanded refund.
                                      Refund was dated on 18/02/2021 but it didn't receive till now and Flipkart is saying that it is being transferred by seller.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
