Truenet Commerce — fake product delivery instead of phone

I had ordered for redmi note5 pro on 11-oct-2018 the consignment was handed over on 12-oct-2018 near about 9 p. M with a package being invoice number fab1fr[protected] order no : od[protected]. After opening the flipkart package i found that there was no phone inside the package or the box of mi note5 pro, instead of that there was a box of mobile phone namely tannzo in which i had found three broken bricks of nirma bar.

The delivery boy was not came to my doorstep and instead of that he delivered the item to my mother at the entrance of the lane, therefore she was unable to check the package properly and the delivery boy was gone in the mean time.

I request you to investigate the packaging of this item properly from where it was packed and dispatched. Also request you to deliver me the proper item which i was ordered or refund the money as soon as possible.
