Dear seller, I was order redmi note 5 pro but still not get proper revert from flipkart end. If customer change his address, then why flipkart not directly co ordinate with seller to despatched order as early as possible. No senior persons contact with us, regarding this issue. I recently purchase a product redmi note 5 pro on 27 oct ..i have some battery issue in my phone but in my flipkart account i cant see any option of return or replace my phone ...kindly update this on urgent basis .i want return or replace my product
