Tsspdcl — electricity bill paid twice

hello sir, i first tried to pay my electricity bill through ur site, it showed that the payment was not done, then i went to pay my bill from other merchandize there it was done instantly, but when today i am checking my account, the electricity bill is paid twice, `pls adjust the amount in August bill

Typographical error in the name shown in bills

My service no. Is[protected], section Taranagar, ERO..kukatpally, hyd.
Bill shows name as B.GOPALA SHARMA. whwre as the correct name
is D.RAJA GOPALA SARMA. It is only a typographical error made by the department and needs correction. Thanks.

In march, 2017 Dt[protected], by mistakenly we paid twice for the month feb 2017, Amounting Rs/- 735.I thought I will be adjusted in next month bill, but still not happend, so I am kindly requesting you to refund my money, plz find the attached image of bills and respective receipts, kindly do needful as early as possible,

I want to know whether anyone's problem has been solved?

Not knowing that I pay my electricity bills online my house owner also paid the electricity bill. So its twice. Please check and do the needful. Usc[protected]
