Tsspdcl — Incorrect Electricity Bill - Extra amount paid is not adjusted in next month bill

I had accidentally paid Electricity bill two times in June month. One with PayUMoney and other with HDFC Bank. I contacted PayUMoney but they said extra amount paid will be adjusted in July Month bill. But this month I got bill Rs 330, extra amount Rs 1445.00 I paid in last month is not adjusted in this month bill. I have sent 15 emails to TSSPDCL but no reply. Could you please correct my bill and adjust the extra amount amount I paid? . Attached PAYTM receipt and HDFC Netbanking receipt.
