[Resolved] Tsspdcl — paid my bill twice

I have paid my bill 3065rs extra/twice in the month of may and i dint had a chance to look at bill history until this month... Bill history shows as arrears 3065rs so do i have to pay this months bill 687rs or they will debit my bill amount from arrears without any requests, please help us on this issue, cause i'm already getting warning messages to pay my this month bill.

Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] Customer Care's response Dear Consumer,

Your excess amount is adjusted, need not pay this month bill.
Note: These adjustment details and outstanding amount details will not reflected on the bill as well as in website.

if your next month's bill amount is < Rs. 2378/- then no need to pay the bill else Pay the balance amount by deducting the credit balance from the bill amount generated at ERO Kukatpully on all working days before due date (or) if ERO is very far then you can make part payment at bill counter's before due date and additional charges will be levied if the due date is crossed.

I have paid my bill of 1650rs extra/twice in the month of June 2021. Do extra amount will be pay of in the next upcoming month bill automatically... Or do I need to submit any bill copy attached any complaint form.. In Tsspdcl..
