I had purchased prestige induction cooktop PDIC 3.0 in August 2023.

The issue:
I had purchased it online, and when the product was delivered, I was having an error in one of the cooktop. Since I was extremely busy with some personal issues, so I had managed with a single cooktop. Please note that the address was prestige oakwook and not the current address.
After a month I got shifted and was a bit free so I had my first complaint registered for the cooktop.
It was fixed.
After 1-2 months, the same cooktop stopped working.
The technician came and fixed the issue.
None of them said it's the house electricity issue.
The third time, the same issue came, the technician came and started blaming the electricity, which is fine. My all other appliances are working properly.
While checking he tripped our entire house electricity, we were without power the entire day.
When he came back with the product, it had a different buzz sound, when I enquired, he said because he changed something that's why it's different.
And said that he won't come next time because it's the power issue.
The same day, at night when I turned it on, after 5 min, the same cooktop made a pop sound and it went off.
I kept calling and making complaints but nobody is cooperative.
The service centre won't respond.
The same technician named Suresh, keeps getting allocated and he denies to provide service.
I am really frustrated at this behaviour by prestige.
its been more than a month.
prestige is really doing so wrong.
