TTK Prestige — ISI mark not found in Glass top oven | |||
I have purchased a gas oven from snapdeal of ttk prestige brand. The purchase has been done on september 2016. But from jan 2017 i am following up with both of them snapdeal as well as prestige but all my time gone in vain. Prestige has visited my place taken a xerox copy of the bill also given me false promises too but at the last its june 2nd 2017 they are saying a no they cant refund. Harassed a lot also. Contacted dgm of prestige mr, ramani but no value. Hp gas services has denied my connection due to the gas oven was not having isi mark. Checked the oven but could not find any issues, still they have said a no to the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
