[Resolved]  Panasonic Plasma — USB NOT DETECTING

I am Purchased a Panasonic Plasma 50XT50 @ Metro Cash n carry, Kukatpally Invoice no(022878), Hyderabad. on[protected]



I have problem in my plasma USB not detecting, i have logged a complaint too (complaint no. 075362) after technician came to home and taken all documents invoice n warranty etc. after 3 days technician called me and said 10000/- bugs charged for that,

when warranty is there, it's not been 2 months also,but company as given 3years i do not in future what will be the service. why should i face this kind of response from your service people. please resolve my problem,
