I have lodged a complaint in Samsung customer care regarding dead lines appearing in My new LED TV on 19.09.12. They have inspected TV and they promised me that they will replace the display of the TV. After 15 days they replied that they will refund the TV cost since the display panel not available in Samsung. But still my amount is not refunded by samsung. I have contacted so many times to their service centre and customer care. They have not responding proerly and i didnt get any resolution on my problem. Samsung having worst consumer service here and they are not selling good products in India. Please take necessary actions to refund my amount. My complaint no in samsung customer care is [protected]
