I Have purchased a Samsung Smart TV ES6200 from Shas Electronics, Valasaravakkam, Chennai on 23rd September 2012. That time it was informed me that the product comes with an free Blue ray Player. when billing the dealer informed the free product will be delivered directly to us when installation, but the installation person don't bring any player and he again informed it will be delivered to me within 45 days directly by courier but till now there is no delivery. and they keep giving so many no to contact but nobody is responses properly. The fun is still samsung advertisement has the same offer I don't know how many o[censored]s will get fooled. good strategy keep it up samsung..... Was this information helpful? | |
