Typing Task — Asking for compensation without the clear instructions of contract | |||||
Typing task.com a company established in surat district of gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person named minakshi who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 700 forms in a week for which i would get 24, 500 rs, i did the same but when my qc report was submitted i got to know that the forms i have been doing correct are showing incorrect with absurd mistakes, which i assume is intentionally done as after 1 day we cannot even edit our forms. Now after the completion of the project they said that 90% accuracy rate has not been obtained without providing any stats or scores. Now, i just recieved a call fromt heir so calle legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 6000rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i recieved a message stating, "m/s. Shruti mehta your legal case id ul/92841e is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at typing task are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract call for more details +91 [protected]" and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says"as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice." i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not. +[protected] in my number . She tell me, simple filling data entry work in a 7 days and 700 form if you complete this task then provide 25000 rs
If you can terminate this job than you pay 3999 rs . Sir after few days have realized this is a fake data entry . So I am terminate this job . But he threated me, and said me legal action on you if you not pay money . The company name is typing work . And today hi send a legal notice your case I'd is UL/ 92841E, and not mention a court and laywer name
He said contact +[protected] this number. Than sir what am I do .
Please help me Sir.

These people are asking for money and intimidating me to put case against me and ask me hire a lawyer to rescue from this ..also asking me to pay 35k ...

The same threat i received !!!
Everyone please dont worry. They are just changing the person name and company name. Fools dont have knowledge to change the case number. They cant do anything id they file original case also. Everyone remember that no one done any crime and please dont fall in their treat to pay anything. Be bold. If they call and torture you, just ask them to go forward with the case and ask them to contact your local police station if they need your presents. If possible file a case nearby your station.
