I PURCHASED 4 TYRES ON 18 THE MAY AFTER FULL PAYMENT ONLINE.WHILE ORDERING EXECUTIVE FROM TYRE ON WHEELS NAMED JINS KOSHYPROMISED ME DELIVERY WILL BE DONE IN 3-5 DAYS.AFTER PAYMENT IT WAS MADE TO ONE WEEK AND HE CONFIRMED ME THE DELIVERY ON 25TH.LATER BY 23 RD WHEN I ENQIRED ONE ASM NAMED RAVI KUMAR TOLD ME THE THE DELIVERY WILL BE BY 27-28.THEN I ASKED FOR THE SHIPPING CONSINGNMENT NO.BUT THEY DIDNT GAVE IT.AFTER SOME QUARELL THEY GAVE ME A SHIPPING NUMBER.WHICH WAS BOOKED FROM DELHI TO CHENNAI.ACTUALLY IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERD AT THRISSUR.WHEN ENQUIRED THEY TOLD IT WILL BE DEFENITELY DELIVERED ON 28 TH MAY.I AGAIN WAITED BY TRACKING AND JINS KOSHY, TYRE ON WHEELS ASM RAVI KUMAR, AND KARAN ASSURED ME THE DELIVERY ON 28TH.ON 29TH I CALLED TYRE ON WHEELS.BUT NOT BODY PICKED UP THE PHONE.LATER I ENQIURED AT THE COURIER OFFICE CHENNAI(PROFESSIONAL).THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SHIPMENT HAVE ALREADY BEEN DELIVERD TO THE CONSIGNEE.THEN I CALLED THE COURIERS DELHI OFFICE.THEN I CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS SOME OTHER CONSIGNMENT AND THE ASM NAMED RAVI WAS CHEATING ME AND PLAYING FRAUD WITH ME.
LATER SOMEHOW I TRIED A CALL FROM OTHER NUM AND THEY TOOK THE CALL.IT WAS SO ASTONISHING THAT AN OTHER TOOK THE PHONE AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR SO LONG AND ANSWERD ME THAT MR.RAVI IS NOT THERE AT THE OFFICE AND HE DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE ORDER AND TRACKING NUMBER.THE OTHER GUYS ALSO KEEP SAYING THIS.THERE IS NO INFO ABOUT MY ITEM
THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE A MAIL OR CALL TO ME.ALL THE TIME I CALLED THEM AND ASKED FOR INFO.THEY PALYED ME AND CHEATED ME ALL THE TIME BY GIVING MISINFORMATION AND SOME OTHER TRACKING NUMBER.THEY ARE SUCH A FRAUDS.NOW ITS THE 12 TH DAY STILL THEY DONT ANSWER MY CALLS AND DONT GIVE ANY INFO ON MY TYRES.
I THINK THEY ARE MONEY GRABBING FRAUDS, SUCH A CROOKS.THEY MAKE THE CUSTOMERS FOOL AND ARE PLAYING AND CHEATING THEM ALL THE TIME.I AM GOING TO MAKE IT PUBLIC AND GONNA MAKE A LEGAL MOVE.REALLY WANT TO TEACH THEM A LESSON.AM READY TO SPEND AN ANOTHER 20K TO LEARN THEM A LESSON.IF ANY BODY HAVE SUCH ISSUES KINDLY GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE SUPPORT.contact me @ [protected]@gmail.com

I also ordered 3 tyres and got delivered only one tyre and every time I call they say to wait for 2 days.

Please do not buy from them they will send you the old tyres...I bought tyres from them and they sold me tyres that were 2009 make and as per JK company these tryres are not fit and can blast anytime ...trying to contact them for replacement but there are not responding to my calls...
I had ordered 4 All Terrain tyres for my Scorpio and like so many other complainants, the delivery was unduly delayed. On receipt of the tyres after this undue delay, to my astonishment I found the tyres sent were NOT All Terrain but Highway Tyres, but of the same make ordered.
I contacted the seller - Tyre on Wheels by email to no avail and there after sent emails and reminders by email to the seller whose email id was provided on the invoice, who had actually shipped the tyres. I attached photographs of the tyre I ordered and the tyres I was supplied and also sent other supporting documents. After over a month there has been no response to my complaints or to the reminders.
I am astonished at the utter care -a-damn attitude of Tyre on Wheels and seriously am of the opinion that this online business is a disgrace and needs to be shut down at all cost.

I ordered for 4 tubeless tyres for my Swift on 6th Dec. and paid full money alongwith their mobile service charges. Since then I have been calling their number. Every time they give some story and ask for 2 days time. Nothing has happened till today i.e 10th Jan 2016. Sent mail to cybercrimecell of Delhi and Noida police but without any response.
Total Fraud. There is no office in Janak Puri New Delhi as per address given in their website. Even their address of Faridabad seems to be incomplete. I do not know about Banglore and Chennai. I followed up on Cell, SMS, What'sApp but they did not respond even once, I felt like doomed, and was seeking help from noida police on the same, when one day after more than a month I got a call from Professional courier that I have tyres on my name in a consignment. I had to go to their office and pick them up myself.
Its packed in a PayTM wrap and apparently costlier than what they offered me on their website. So they booked the consignment for me, waited for PayTM to sell it on their website, and acted as a mediator to get it delivered to me.
Now, I have also not got what I ordered. The variant send to me was Earth 1 ( Yokohama) x 2 tyres instead of " A Drive".
In the meanwhile I had already purchased two spares, and now these two are sitting with me for me to try on OLX.
Horrible experience. They have to be shut down and also face fraud charges inevitably.

It is shame that I did not do thorough search on this company before placing a first time order of 2 tyres for my car on 21st November 2015. Since then I have been following up with them but always got the same answer "you will get the order in 3 days". Once they lied and said that the order has already been dispatched. They never answer mails. The head office address given at Distsrict Center, Janakpuri 110058 is wrong as my registered post returned saying "incomplete address". Today I spoke to Economic Offence wing of CBI to report the cyber crime at Mandir Marg (near Biria Mandir). They also do not entertain mails by post or Emails and asked me to visit them personally with written complaint and what ever proofs I do have. I am now planning to visit them soon for legal recourse. I may not get my money back at least that would save other future customers. Shamefully, the company is still advertising for sale of tyres and other accessories. Legal action should be taken to shut down the company and from making future transactions and promoters should be put behind bars. This should be an eye opener for online offences.

Ordered for 4nos. Tyres on[protected]. (Order#TWOW15316JAN72415). Paid full amount advance by credit card (Rs.11911/-). No response since then. Through some source. Got the mo. No. Of Mr. Ravi in charge in bangalore he inform me u r order was cancelled due to unavibility of tyer so u will get refund i will mailed them all my bank details no of time but not response from them also my phone not pickup . He promised me, that he will contact mr. Rajat-md. Who sits in delhi. No response from Ravi as well. After checking with my credit card of monthly found still not received. Frequent calls to rajat, he only says to give some time and he will get back to me and never calls. Need assistance, in getting my money refund.
