Uber India — Driver misbehaviour | |||
Driver misbehaved with ladies Booked a trip from adyar indra nagar chennai to chennai central on 08/05/2016 at 1.30 pm. Driver name is devaraj taxi no: tn118067 maruti suzuki. There were only ladies and children and then driver didnt even bother to get out from the car and help to put the luggage, when we asked you would have help to arrange the luggagae as we couldn't do it properly. He got angry and talked very badly to us. As we had to catch the train on time and there was no time to book another cab we travelled in that taxi and we told we will complain he just told very rudely go and complain and note down taxi number and all, nothing can do against him. His behaviour shows that uber dont bother to respond to the customer complaints, that is why he challegended us to complain. If he is afraid of the actions by uber he wouldnt have behaved like this. Anyway i am going to file a police case against him for behaving badly to ladies. Was this information helpful? | |||

My account is suspended because I am having 5 free rides in my account. If they don't want to give free rides y do the promise and tell to share with others. They didn't even inform that they r going to suspend the account. They are not giving correct reason for suspension.

I add 200 rs. thru paytm wallet in uber account and they charge extra for cancel cab and blocked my account.
