Uber India — driver's refusal to take me to my destination | |
The Uber driver refused to take me to my destination the railway station, I had booked an uberpool on the 11 th of July around 1 30 pm for 2 people, the driver simply refused after picking up my ride and then even cited luggage issues though we had just one suitcase. I am travelling today in uber but only one trip made, i gave payment but it showed that payment not done, when i check bank statement it two transactions for one trip.. i am trying to connect but they are not willing to give us.. refund even after proof of trip snapshot and bank statement proof

I took a trip tonight. Booked a cab though paytm n the estimated fare showed 263 from dlf mall of india noida to rajinder place . Driver took a long route despite me telling him not to do so he was giving me excuse that they are suppose to drive as per gps navigator and the final bill amount charged from me was 611 only one word highly humiliating
