I had booked a uber from santoshpur in kolkata to the airport yesterday (5th december) for 5 am and the cab did not come in till 5.45 and i had to report to the airport by 5.40 am as i had to catch a flight at 7.40 (Spicejet) initially i had it for 5.30 pick up but i edited the time as i got a notification to arrival 120 minutes before. Funny part was that at 4.45 am or so i got the intimation that driver jagdish will be coming and i had his details like car no and other details but when i tried calling this person his phone was switched off. I had to get into action so i had to eventually get a white cab and rush and also of the fear that i might not be able to catch the flight but they were kind enough to accomodate. Now while i was in the white cab i tried again to see if jagdish was (Phone n0 [protected]) and he eventually picked up and said he had no notification. Later when i reached the airport i saw that someone had come to pick me up but buy then i had already checked in at the airport. Now i see a charge of $47.25 for a) a ride it did not make and b) at no fault of mine. Please address this issue and let me know asap. Btw being a foreign national i had a very high regards for uber which proved me wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The offer what you have mentioned previously regarding to 50% cash back on next three rides with paytm was not applied to my account. fare was so high i expected that i will get a cashback so that i accepted to have a ride even the fare is so high. please respond on it. i need an explanation why the cashback hav not applied . give me response ASAP
