Uber India — when ordered food on app, it says network error and still charges for the order full amount and does not accept to refund

Customer services liked Uber eats should be awarded that too at Red Fort ! #sarcasm
So frustrating to solve an issue on call with customer service for more than 40mins and yet the issue doesn’t get solved.
You guys are such a cheat, your application support team needs to work a lot on the application, it sucks man!!! #ubereatssucks
I tried to place an order on your application while I was going through the payment option, I had selected debit card as payment mode and when I entered the otp to confirm the payment YOUR APPLICATION THROWS ME BACK TO THE PAGE WHERE I STARTED AND A POP UP COMES “NETWORK TIMED OUT ERROR PLACING YOUR ORDER”
as per a normal human being when you see this pop up it means that the order has not been placed, and as usual every human being would try all over again to place the order, which I did too. Later the delivery agent delivers me both the package and tells that the order cannot be canceled bcz I had made the payment online. (Now making online payment is a mistake) so I called the customer service to solve the issue and the agent says “I understand the issue but I cannot help you, the delivery status has been completed so we cannot refund your money” and when asked to transfer to a manager, the call gets disconnected later when we try to call back again the new agent has to be told the whole story all over again, hence the answer from the new Customer service agent stays the same that they cannot help me. So I ask the agent to transfer to a manger and yes this agent did transfer to a so called floor supervisor, and the floor supervisor says to process the refund he needs three criteria to match
1: amount of both the orders should be same - amount is the same in my case
2: payment should be done through the same card - card used is also the same in my case
3: the time of the two orders should be same - and in my case the time difference is 1 min now for your technical glitch on your application why should I be penalised???
Hence your customer service refused to refund my money.
I will ask you one thing, just bcz your app should the msg stating the order is not completed that’s when I tried to place the order again immediately, and later you guys charge me for two same orders and force me to accept the order !!! Why should I even accept the order when I had ordered only one.? And if I really had to spend money then I could have atleast ordered something else, now why should I accept two same orders and pay for it ?
And moreover the floor supervisor says that he can’t do anything and even if you speak to higher authority nobody can still do anything. How cheap service is it then when you cannot help a customer???
And also the supervisor says just because Uber eats have to pay the restaurant and the delivery agent they will not refund and I have to accept the order. This is how worst customer service you have who straight away Denys to help.

Now Some one from your higher authority has to respond stating why I shouldn’t be refunded on this issue and after loosing so much of time behind this issue don’t I have to to get compensation too ??
Shouldn’t I take this too further??

Your application shows wrong error msg and later duplicates my order, does it mean that I have to pay for something which I had not ordered for at all ????

I’m sorry I will definitely choose between only you from the next time bcz I know I don’t have to go through this if it was swiggy and Zomato!!!

Grow up UberEats you guys are international !
You have to maintain your respect.!! For you ₹100 might not be a big thing but for me as a consumer I have to think twice before spending ₹100

Get me my refund back !!! Or I have kept the extra unauthorised order on my door please come and shove it up.
