UIDAI — Order Aadhar PVC Card not received

I have paid payment successfully of Rs. 50/- for Order Aadhar PVC Card on dated 21/03/2023. But after 25 days still status is "PRINTING IN PROCESS" on UIDAI website. As per the rules it must be printed in only 5 working days.
My SRN No. is S[protected]
My Receipt No. is 88924478
Kindly solve my issue and send me Aadhar PVC Card at the earliest.
