Hello team,
I have updated my aadhar and change the mobile number even i can see that the updated mobile number got printed on the aadhar card. But still, the otp is going to the old mobile number

Please let me know the solution for this.
I have tried verify mobile/email option and it says the mobile number is already verified

I have applied for aadhar and has not received it yet when i try to find my eid (Enrollement-id) in lost section of aadhar it shows multiple record and i havent received my aadhar since 40 days + i applied for aadhar on 2 july 2019
At 13:34:20 as i do need my aadhar for my placement in a mnc bec it is being asked as identity proof plz do help me find a soluction...

My name is deepak sharma (27years old), my adhar card is suspended on 26-nov-2017. To update the same i have made the enrollment four times at enrollment center & urn no's of the same is as below.
1) urn -2189/58988/39749 date-01/01/2018 time-15:16:54
2) urn - 2189/58988/41069 date - 03/02/2018 time-10:49:50
3) urn -0664/20058/00448 date-09/02/2018 time-12:17:50

Uidai has created an email id [protected]@uidai.gov.in to enable users to write to them for any queries or concerns. This is also listed on https://uidai.gov.in/

However this mail id is totally fake. It is created just to fool users. You can send a mail to this id, it does not bounce back, but there’s no one to reply.
Since dec-2017 i have raised 3 – 4 queries on this email id. Not a single one has ever been responded...

I see that my aadhaar was linked to an inactive account which was closed long back. I submitted the aadhaar linking form to SBI Bank and is already linked. However, I see that the Uidai site show that it was still linked to dormant account
Because of that my scolarship is pending. I request you to look into the matter.I want to link with SBI bank

I approached amc centre located at law garden ahmedabad. Withmy 93 yrs aged father. The application was registered after verification of documents video enrolment number 2141/43441/74848 dt.29.1.2018.
The adhar card couldnot be generated as the finger prints could not be captured by your system and reflected as failed.
Due to his age the finger prints may not readable then in such cases physical finger prints should be taken...

My name is surabhi s kawad and i have enrolled for an aadhar card 6 times already. The latest eid is 2193133141277120171122145520.

My application has been rejected all 6 times and the reason for rejection being a vague technical error without a specific reason. I and my daughter had enrolled for aadhar card on 09/07/2017 but till date i have neither received the e-copy nor the hard copy. I am a native i[censored]khrul, manipur but presently in guwahati. I had gone to manipur to enroll for the aadhar card as in guwahati assam there are no agencies. Assam government has yet to implement aadhar enrolment.

Hello everyone!
I was applied the aadhar card when they initiated the first time, on that time i forget to provide my mobile number. Now my aadhar card status shows "invalid please update your biomatric" but i was submitted biomatric update request in the aadhar enrollment center in 3 times. All the requests are rejected. When i try to call 1947 they did not connect my call, even if they connected the agent directly disconnect my call....

employees of adhaar card makers of dombivli east tilak road are not comilate by 1 2 hoursng on time on duty they come late by 1 2 hours n not wrking properly dela ying in proceeder of making adhaar card pubblic is suffering problem cinior citizen ladies need to stand in que for 4 5 hours. pls take some strict action for dis help us to route it out. so we can get our adhar card easily....

I applied for my Aadhaar card on 15 Oct 2024 at a post office. After 3 form rejections and proper document verification, I waited 6 months. No Aadhaar card was delivered. After multiple ignored complaints and being told to wait 180 days, I finally received a call in May 2025 asking me to reverify my documents again. Aadhaar was finally generated on 21 May 2025 — but it had serious errors:

- Only the year of birth is mentioned, no date or month.

- My name is written as LastName FirstName MiddleName instead of the correct format FirstName MiddleName LastName which matches my PAN and legal records.

Despite raising multiple service requests via phone and email (with screenshots and explanations), UIDAI kept closing my tickets without fixing the problems. I was even told to pay Rs. 50 and apply for changes online — which is absurd, because these errors were made by UIDAI themselves during data entry.

This has delayed legal processes, banking tasks, and ID linking. I request UIDAI to take responsibility, correct the data without charging me, and confirm in writing.

I am also posting this publicly because email and official channels have failed me repeatedly.

I have sumbited rs 50 to order my pvc adhaar card but still it is showing payment in process i submited the amount on 12 april 2025
