respected sir,
I m a airtel broadband customer([protected]) from chennai location i want to change my current bill plan 999(unlimited plan) to 449(unlimited old plan) i made a call to customer care for change of plan but as customer care said that my plan cancel request is forwarded to cancellation department for change of plan but i could not find any link to put my request for bill plan change. so i request for bill plan change and kindly change my current bill plan to 449 my contact no is [protected].
